How to write a clear request
Use this quick model to keep it sharp:
- Goal — what outcome do you want?
- Audience — who will use it? role, seniority, region
- Context — your product, sales motion, ACV, deal cycle
- Constraints — must haves, compliance, systems
- Success — how we will measure impact
Example: “We sell B2B SaaS, 20k ACV, EMEA mid market. Need a pricing governance playbook for partners. Goal: fewer ad hoc discounts. Success: margin up 3 points in Q4.”
